1:1 Counselling Sessions
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and disconnected from themselves, often navigating through seasons of uncertainty and change, including life transitions such as menopause.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional exhaustion, or carrying the weight of past experiences. I offer a calm, supportive space to pause and begin to make sense of what’s going on.
Together, we gently explore what’s beneath the surface, notice patterns with compassion, and consider what might help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Groups & Programmes
Alongside individual counselling, I offer supportive group spaces offering reflection, education and practical tools around specific themes and life transitions.
These sessions are more structured than community gatherings and may include guided learning, psychoeducation and facilitated discussion. They are ideal if you’re looking for focused exploration of a particular topic within a supportive group setting.

These gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect and feel less alone.
They are lightly facilitated, welcoming and grounded, offering space for reflection. No pressure to share, listening is welcomed. Community sessions are ideal if you’re seeking connection, creative exploration or time to pause, without committing to individual therapy or a structured programme.
